Paper Piecing Project: Tuesday, October 27, 10-1:00 Central Time
Foundation paper piecing can be relaxing and fun. It's an awesome use for small fabric scraps that have been sitting around waiting for a purpose.
These trees as you can see are four different sizes and can create a wall hanging or a table runner. I've turned some into gift card holders and greeting cards, pot holders and placemats.
Our class includes the templates for the trees that will be emailed to registrants ahead of time. Additional class supplies are a pack of foundation paper and an Add-a-Quarter-Plus ruler. Carol Doak's foundation paper works well.
This is a terrific Christmas project. Perhaps this could be a gift for a family member, or a decoration in your own home. Possibly applique the little tree on an apron.
Foundation paper piecing is different from English paper piecing. Foundation piecing sews onto paper; English piecing sews around a cardstock shape. So, come play with me. Let's create cute Christmas trees that will fill our hearts with joy.
ALL ZOOM classes are recorded and downloadable for 5 DAYS (120 hours) after the live class. The recording is e-mailed to registered students after class. Links to the pdf of the class PowerPoint is shared as a permanent reference for class content.
