REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Please understand: class policies are subject to change and will be reviewed often for possible upgrades.

Class policies:

• Recordings will be available for five days after the class is completed.

• Recordings are available to registered students.

• All recordings are downloadable. Please: they are not to be shared with friends, neighbors, family, quilt guilds and beyond because they are not paid registrants in the class.

• If you are unable to attend a class or cannot watch the recording within the allotted 5 day time period, there will be no refunds. In most cases, the pdf of the PowerPoint will be a permanent reference for the class.

• Any cancellations must be made ten days prior to the class. Since these classes are virtual, that allows extra time to market the class and fill your space.

• All cancellation refunds will include a 10% cancellation fee that will be subtracted from the total cost of the class.

• Cancellations made fewer than 10 days prior to the class start date will have the option to choose another class with the same registration fee and move into that class.

• Once a class has been taught, there are no cancellations or refunds.
