Paper Piecing Project: July 10th and 31st, 1:00-10:00 p.m. Eastern time
Foundation paper piecing can be relaxing and fun. It's an awesome use for small fabric scraps that have been sitting around waiting for a purpose.
These trees as you can see are four different sizes and can create a wall hanging or a table runner. I've turned some into gift card holders and greeting cards.
Our class includes the templates for the trees that will be emailed to registrants ahead of time. Additional class supplies are a pack of Carol Doan's foundation paper and an Add-a-Quarter-Plus ruler.
This is a terrific Christmas in July project. Perhaps this could be a future Christmas gift for a family member, or a decoration in your own home.
Foundation paper piecing is different from English paper piecing. Foundation piecing sews onto paper; English piecing sews around a cardstock shape. So, come play with me. Let's create Christmas trees in July that will fill our hearts with joy.
ALL ZOOM classes are recorded and downloadable for 5 DAYS (120 hours) after the live class. The recording is e-mailed to registered students after class. Links to the pdf of the class PowerPoint is shared as a permanent reference for class content.
A listing of class supplies will be shared by the instructor prior to the start of class. The class link is generally mailed 2-3 hours prior to class so the link doesn't get lost in personal emails.
