Saturday, July 12th and 26th, 2-5:00 p.m., Cost: $48.00.
Lori Holt of Bee in My Bonnet has created a series of four Flower Baskets that finish at 24" x 30". This class walks us through her directions in the first Flower Basket pattern. With support and encouragement, you will want to make a basketful-of-quilty-flowers-wall-hanging for your home.
If this class draws enough interest, classes for the subsequent basket patterns can be scheduled. You may want to construct a lovely quilt.
As an Accuquilt enthusiast, I will convert this pattern into shapes that can be cut with Qubes: 8", 6" and 4". Lori Holt's clear instructions will be helpful. For those who rotary cut, we will follow the pattern and encourage each other.
Did you know if a quilt is created with the four Flower Basket designs, it would measure 64" x 76"? That's something to think about as we decide whether to make these baskets a summer project.
ALL ZOOM classes are recorded and downloadable for 5 DAYS (120 hours) after the live class. The recording is e-mailed to registered students after class. Links to the pdf of the class PowerPoint is shared as a permanent reference for class content.
A listing of class supplies will be shared by the instructor prior to the start of class. The class link is generally mailed 2-3 hours prior to class so the link doesn't get lost in personal emails.
